At Delmar’s Smiley Urgent Care Center, we treat non life-threatening
illnesses, injuries and diseases that occurred within the last 24-48 hours.

When your doctor is unavailable, the UCC treats life’s everyday minor illnesses and mishaps such as:

At The Smiley Urgent Care Center you can walk right in, no appointment necessary, and be treated by our experienced physicians and licensed nurses in much less time than you would at an emergency room. Emergency rooms must give priority to life-threatening illnesses such as heart attacks. Why wait there if you have a minor healthcare problem, when you can come to our Urgent Care Center?

We have 21 treatment rooms plus laboratory, radiology and pharmacy services on-site so all your healthcare needs can be met at one location.

Not only will you receive prompt quality care at our Urgent Care Center, but also we are also more cost-effective than an emergency room visit.

We serve everyone regardless of your age, ability to pay or whether or not you live in the City of St. Louis or St. Louis County.

When you are discharged, you will be referred to your primary physician or an appropriate specialist for follow-up care. This way you receive better continuity of care than you would at an emergency room.
